"Red.Yellow.Green"

Thanks to the friends who came out last night to Lenny's! It was fun to play with Joel, Danny, Andy, & Slim and The Serenaders! Although. Lenny's is an overall drag of a place. I mean, the room itself was cool and the sound was half-decent. Maybe even one-third. But the vibe, bartenders, and 'promoter' seemed like they had never been a part of a good show before. But hey, thanks for making us pay for our own beers. At least I got to play a game of free pool and play 'This Time Tomorrow'.

Tonight, Andy & I went to the Highland Inn Ballroom to see Bernadette Seacrest & her Provocateurs. Courtesy WRAS 88.5, thank you! They were a pleasant surprise. A great vocalist, backed by an amazing guitar/bass duo. An interesting, sophisticated approach to jazz and blues. After that we stopped by the Star Bar to see our old friends 500 Miles to Memphis. They were still doing it, and doing it well. Refining their distorted country, and rocking hard enough to let everyone know that no matter how much like country music, you probably liked punk rock first. Cannot wait to play with them in Rock Hill on September 18th.

Got a late notice call from Robbie Horlick, asking me to fill in for a friend. Therefore! I'll be playing this Friday from 530-730 @ The Sweetwater Brewery. Come hang, it's free, and the local brews get poured often and cheap.

Here are some new mixed media pieces. 3x5 wood panels. Wood found above the Krog Street tunnel.
"Red.Yellow.Green" $25 e / $60 set. Thank you!
